Natural white carded Bergschaf wool batt, a coarse wool of around 30 microns. Despite washing before carding, some vegetable matter may remain. The Bergschaf sheep breed comes from the mountains of Austria and adjacent areas of Italy. Bergschaf is a strong wool useful for projects like boots and bags. The batts are quick to layout and the wool is fast to felt.
These natural batts are organic and comply with GOTS – Global Organic Textile Standard.
